Who we are
About Nairi
About Nairi
Nāirī was born out of a deep belief that women deserve better. Too many of us have sat in a doctor's office, described years of symptoms, and been told it's just stress, just aging, just part of life. We've been dismissed, under-treated, and left to figure it out alone. That's not care. That's a gap in the system.
We built Nāiri to close that gap. We're a practice dedicated to women's hormonal health, perimenopause, menopause, postpartum, and beyond, where every patient is heard, every symptom is taken seriously, and every care plan is built around the individual. Because when women feel well, everything changes. For them, their families, and the communities around them. You deserve to feel like yourself again. We're here to help you get there.

Danielle Fincher, MD, MPH, FAAFP
Chief Medical Officer & Co-founder
Dr. Danielle Fincher, MD, MPH, FAAFP, is a board-certified family medicine physician and public health leader working at the intersection of reproductive and sexual health, women’s health, and menopause care. She brings more than a decade of experience integrating clinical care, public health, and advocacy to expand access to equitable, compassionate, patient-centered care.
Dr. Fincher previously practiced full-spectrum family medicine and obstetrics in Washington, DC. Her patients have ranged from newborns to geriatrics, cis and trans gender patients, pregnant people, undocumented people as well as people who are incarcerated. Her work has also included launching trauma-informed services for survivors of sexual assault and developing medical education initiatives to strengthen inclusive care for LGBTQIA+ patients.
She completed her family medicine residency at the University of California, Davis, and earned her MD from the University of Alabama School of Medicine. She also holds an MPH in Reproductive Health from Emory University.
Dr. Fincher believes deeply in health equity and is committed to building models of care that move beyond a fragmented system. She reimagines care so that patients are supported not only in clinical encounters, but throughout their broader health and life journeys.

Dr. Gabriela A. Van Sickle
PT, DPT, CFMT, WCS Care Partner
Functional Physical Therapy is a PT-founded practice specializing in pelvic health and complex conditions across all stages of life, including perimenopause and menopause. Our team takes a whole-body, hands-on approach to uncover the root cause of symptoms—not just treat them. Every session is one-on-one with a highly trained physical therapist, combining advanced manual therapy with personalized care. We look beyond the pelvic floor to address how your entire body is contributing to your symptoms, so you can feel stronger, more supported, and confident in your body again.

Colleen Conlan
Fitness & Strength Care Partner
Colleen Conlon is a strength coach with over 10 years of experience supporting clients in building strength, improving mobility, and enhancing overall physical resilience. She began her career in New York City, working in clinical and corporate fitness settings including Equinox and Life Time, where she coached a diverse population across both group and individualized training environments.
In 2020, Colleen transitioned to a virtual coaching model, allowing her to work with clients nationally. Her approach integrates progressive strength training, movement quality, and sustainable nutrition practices to support long-term health and body composition goals.
As an eating disorder survivor and pelvic floor advocate, Colleen brings a trauma-informed, client-centered perspective to her work. She prioritizes creating a safe and supportive environment, particularly for individuals navigating recovery, postpartum considerations, or a return to exercise after injury or medical intervention.
Her methodology emphasizes building a strong foundation through proper movement mechanics and gradually progressing toward more advanced, goal-specific training. Colleen collaborates with healthcare professionals, including registered dietitians, to ensure a well-rounded and appropriate plan for each client.
She is committed to helping clients develop sustainable habits, improve function, and build confidence in their bodies over time.

Peyman Allahviridzadeh
CEO & Co-founder
Peyman built his career in human resources and business operations — closing gaps and building systems that work to support people when they need it.
The women closest to him — his mother, his partner — navigated hormonal health transitions the way most women do: largely on their own, looking for answers the healthcare system never gave them. So he listened to their experiences. Then when his son was born, he started asking what it would take to actually fix the infrastructure behind this failure in women’s health. He kept hearing it takes a village — but no one ever provided a map.
Nāiri was the answer. Now Dr. Fincher leads the medicine. Peyman makes sure nothing gets in her way.
