FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Here are the top questions our clients ask before getting started.
What does Nāirī Health treat?
Perimenopause and menopause: hot flashes, night sweats, sleep, mood, and cycle changes. We also treat vaginal and urinary symptoms such as dryness, painful sex, and recurrent UTIs, and we care for patients after pregnancy and with fertility-related hormone questions.
Who will I see?
Dr. Danielle Fincher, by secure video.
Where do you practice?
We're a telehealth practice. You need to be in Virginia or DC at the time of your visit.
How do I get started?
Book a free call, start Estrogen Access for $125, or book the $300 Starter package.
Do you take insurance?
Visits are cash-pay, and we don't bill insurance directly. We give you a superbill you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Labs aren't included in our prices and are often covered by insurance. Medication is often covered by insurance or inexpensive without it.
How soon can I be seen?
Usually within a couple of days. We review new intakes every day.
What does membership include?
$75 a month. You get one included visit with Dr. Fincher for every 6 months of membership, so two visits a year, plus prescription renewals between visits and text messaging with responses within 24 to 48 hours. Extra visits are $150 for members and $200 otherwise. Cancel anytime.
Can you work with my other doctors or my physical therapist?
Yes. With your consent, we share notes so your care stays connected.
Is this for emergencies?
No. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
What is vaginal estrogen?
A low dose of estrogen placed in the vagina to treat dryness, pain with sex, and recurrent UTIs where they start. Very little reaches the rest of the body.
